What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging?
MOQ depends on the line: 500 pcs for paper packaging, 1,000 pcs for PET film and non-woven packaging, and 10,000 pcs for laminated barrier pouches. Mixed-size orders within one line count toward the same MOQ.
How long does production take after order confirmation?
Typical lead times are 7-15 days for paper packaging, 10-18 days for PET film packaging, 10-15 days for non-woven packaging and 12-20 days for laminated pouches, measured from artwork and deposit confirmation.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock material samples and white samples are arranged on request, and printed proof samples can be produced against your artwork so you can check structure, barrier and print quality before the bulk run.
Which quality certificates and test reports do you provide?
Production runs under an ISO 9001 certified quality system. SGS and ISO 9001 test records, including barrier ratings measured at 23 C / 50% RH, are available on request for the specification you order.
What printing options and color accuracy can you hold?
Paper lines run 6-color offset printing at 175 lpi with color deviation within Delta E 2; laminated pouches support up to 8-color rotogravure. Pantone matching, foil stamping, embossing and matte or gloss varnish are available.
How do I request a quote and how fast is the reply?
